As far as I'm concerned, YPN publishers have been getting it in the rear for a long time. Next to AdSense, they're practically a joke. I only use them on sites where my conversion rate is so low that I don't want it affecting the rest of my AdSense account. I'm pretty hard-pressed to point out a single benefit of YPN over AdSense. It's almost as if they are running a beta program there that's never intended to see the light of day. I hope it changes someday, because good competition could only help sharpen AdSense...but from what I've seen, neither Microsoft nor Yahoo can get their heads out of their butts long enough to do it...which is why I think it's pretty laughable that MS is trying to buy Y!. Google must really be shaking in their boots now, eh? Just think of it...oooh, the lack of innovation and increase in major suckage that would ensue! ;-)
