In my opinion it is better to look for synonyms in a dictionary then do all of the words including the synonyms and then do make a search with synonyms checked on button. You will get a lot of results!

After step 2 you can also select and copy the first keyword in the righthand side column and perform a new keyword search with this keyword. All suggested keywords are related to the first search results.
Next step is to select and copy the second keyword......

This is a way better tactic that using Google suggest - it give you both the search volume as well as lots of other important information (average CPC!). I love Google for making all this available in AdWords.

Keywords are a tricky thing. It's nice to see 100 keyword suggestions, but you should always pick 2 or 3 keywords at most and optimize your website for these words. Cause you can have 100 keywords, but how does that help you if you rank #20 for those keywords and don't show up on the first page of Google? Make sure you look at what keywords your top competition is using, and use only the keywords that will bring the right traffic to your site.
