As for PLR, there are various places you can get it. There's also a free site that has some decent stuff on it called <a href="http://www.plrwholesaler.com/download/clk.php?pid=2&a=7455" rel="nofollow">PLRWholesaler</a> that you can join (there's more stuff if you upgrade to a paid membership, but the free membership has some PLR articles and stuff in it). I must admit I've only made one website (and it looks identical to the Debt Is Great site, except for the content of course), but I plan to make more now that Eric's "resurrecting" it. It also took me a few tries to figure the program out, but once I got it going it was pretty easy and quick. I know the next time I build a site it will be only take a few minutes. I am looking forward to the documentation improving, and a forum would be very helpful. Also a more up-to-date video on how it all works.
