New AdSense features: more channels, more reports, optimized ad formats
Well, I was away on vacation last week but the busy bees at Google weren't slacking off. New features for AdSense publishers are now public:
- More channels: The 100-channel limit has been increased, each publisher can now have up to 200 active channels (URL or custom). This is great news for publishers with small sites, you can define a channel for each page to see which ones make you money.
- More reports: For once, AdSense for search gets a new feature, the ability to see the top queries. And more generally, you can also save custom reports.
- Optimized ad formats: Google may vary the number of ads it shows in a given ad unit if it leads to better performance.
