"Write, slave, write!" (whh-chhhh! [whip sound]). But what if I have written THE definite article on my particular area - the article to end all articles! Why should I then keep updating it or changing it?! Joking apart, this change of emphasis could backfire, leading to colossal amounts of thin, worthless, keyword-laden content being written in an effort to keep the big G happy. I suspect the big G knows this and they will continue to place substantial weight on other factors like backlinks... Something to think about though.
