AdSense Resurrected Pulled From The Market

Well, things have come to a head and it’s official: AdSense Resurrected has been pulled from the market. Here’s the email I received:

We are no longer offering AR, and we are refunding all our
customers.

It was a bad bad business decision. We don’t have the time to coach,
and we rather focus on our main business.

Thank you.

Zeila

It’s been… interesting to be peripherally involved with this project. (Isn’t there a Chinese curse about living an interesting life?) I’ve already written about the bungled product launch. If you have the time, though, the real insight into what went wrong with this project is found in the comments on my review of AdSense Resurrected. It’s hard to believe anyone would let things get to this level.

There’s no doubt that releasing a product is non-trivial, especially if you’re busy doing other things. But this is a case for the textbooks, it would seem….

On the bright side, this means that I’m now free to fold the features of the AdSenseResurrector software into PLRSiteBuilder, which will make it an even better project. You can buy now and get an automatic update to the improved product when I release it…

If you were looking forward to getting more help from the authors of AdSense Resurrected, you’re probably disappointed. I know there are many people out there who found the AdSense Resurrected business model valid and useful, but perhaps needed more detail. I’ve laid out the basic concepts behind the model in that post, so please study it carefully. If you have questions, just leave a comment here or on that post and I’ll try to help you as much as I can. It’s not that complicated, really: create an e-course that is delivered via emailed links to website pages, make sure there are AdSense ads and affiliate links on those pages, give a freebie to entice people to sign up, and then drive people to your squeeze page via whatever traffic source makes sense. Rinse and repeat. There’s a fair bit of work involved up front to create the course and the website, but after that it’s fairly self-sustaining.

Anyhow, on to other things!

Eric, I bought the PLRSiteBuilder and am happy to hear about the free updates. That makes customers happy! You could teach Microsoft a thing or two.

I’m a programmer as well and would be happy to give you feedback on the product as I get a chance to use it, if you like. This week has been tough keeping up with the OPAD challenge. What’s the best way to reach you? I tried the contact form on the site here and used the link to CC a copy to myself but never got it.

Thanks for the update, Eric, and indeed it’s good news … although I would have wished for a happier outcome for Zelda and Rich … although I doubt Zelda will agree with me.

The content and ad delivery system is a good idea, a cross between made for AdSense pages waiting for click .. clicks will be driver … and the already proven profitable system of writing small eBooks and selling for the content. Probably worth a try, although at this stage of the game I find that keyword and content rich sites just work …with little or no effort.

I applaud your decision to include bonus updates, I’m sur eit’s going to pay off in the long run.

Did anyone get the AR refund promised on their blog?

Just following up. Haven’t heard any news about this for a while and would like to hear how the refund process went.
