Wow this sounds very heated. But there are some very strong commonalities with the two reviews.

Bjorn, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and chalk it off as an honest mistake despite all the similarities in the two reviews. I've adjusted the post accordingly. It's not my intent to vilify anyone, I just like to be credited for my content, that's all.

Bjorn, here's a tip for you. If you copy parts of someone else's review for your own review, it is a good idea to ask that person for permission first, via email if you will. It's funny in your post that you criticize Eric for not contacting YOU about this, when it should have been the other way around. Almost like it is Eric’s fault for daring to point out in his blog what you admit you did.

Also I didn’t see any apology from you to Eric for doing this, and any promises it won’t happen again. Just my thoughts.

Hi all!

First of all: No I didn't blank out copy Eric's review. I read it after I had written my first draft, and yes I added a couple of things after I had read Eric's review.

I added the part about the limitation of templates, which from the beginning was only worded "You can't add your own templates".

I didn't mention the editor at first, until I read Eric's review and realized it was a valid point. I hardly ever use built-in editors of any webservice, besides the services that actually _are_ editors.

I also added the pointer on using Google Analytics, as the first draft wording was only "There are other, free ways to track your visitors that are just as accurate as the statistics provided by Google Slasher".

I did not plagiarize your review, Eric, and I'm very disappointed that you didn't contact me first to straighten this out.

What I am going to do is add a sentence at the end of my post, "Parts of this review was added after reading another review that made some good points I didn't even think of at first".

It would seem unlikely that he bought it himself, doesn't it? Because it wouldn't take a lot of playing with GN to come up with a review that came to the same conclusions without cloning my own review.

You can be guaranteed that MY reviews are REAL reviews. I don't call it a "review" unless I've been able to try the product.

I wonder that myself. All I know is that I can produce the ClickBank receipts (and refunds!) if requested.

Thanks for the kudos!

Looks like some not so creative borrowing to me. I wonder if the guy actually bought the product.

PS: I bought your ArticleGatherer, and it Rocks!
